Workout Fatigue

How much is too much? The body has a way of shouting too much but are you listening? Exercising is good for the body soul and spirit but some people over do it. Some people spend 2 or more hours daily exercising. What is the payoff? Actually and gains gotten out washed out by over exercising. That leads to a weaken body and a door to sickness, disease and even death.

What are some signs that you are exercising too much?

  • Feeling tired all the time

  • lost of enjoyment in exercising

  • not getting enough sleep

  • poor eating

  • weight gain

  • unable to concentrate

  • easily irriatated

  • lack of self control

It is advise by the US dept of heath to get at least 20 minutes of moderiate exercise a day. You don't have to go all out and push beyond your limits. What are doing is increasing the chances of injury. Slow down and be mindful of what and why you are doing it. Over doing it has not kept no one from death but pushed toward it.
